Thursday, December 15, 2011. Thursday - 1 goal down. Anyways, I normally do my pushups, crunches and yoga as soon as I get out of bed. By the time I dropped the kids off, my back was loosening up and my legs were feeling pretty good so I figured I would hit the treadmill. I warmed up on the bike like I always do and I felt pretty good so I figured I would try the 30 min speed workout. It was a good day! I have been ru.
